Meta MXS Series

The Meta MXS Series sensors for robot are used for guidance applications with Laser Pilot systems.
Meta Sensors are specially designed for arduous environments. These robust sensors have no moving parts and ensure continuous operation in the most difficult applications such as arc welding. Since the first installations in 1985, Meta systems have consistently improved process reliability and performance with a typical payback of 6 months.

MXS Series sensors provide:

• Hole finding
• Height control
• Feature finding
• Orientation

Standard MXS series

• MXS/10 – dual laser sensor with 10mm field of view
• MXS/30 – dual laser sensor with 30mm field of view.

High Stand-off

• MXS/30– LR (long range)
  Sensor with the same performance as the equivalent standard MXS sensor
  but with a significantly increased standoff.
